Free submissions

Standard submissions to FindBestAI are free. There is nothing to refund for a free submission.

Expedited review fees

An expedited review fee pays for the review work: a human editor evaluates your submission within the published turnaround target.

You receive a full refund when:

• We fail to complete the review within the published turnaround target.
• We decline to review your submission at all (for example, the product is outside our scope).

The fee is not refunded when:

• The review is completed on time but the outcome is rejection. The fee pays for the review work, not for acceptance.

Remember: expedited review never guarantees acceptance, a positive review, or any ranking. If you are not comfortable paying for review work with an uncertain editorial outcome, use the free standard queue instead.

Featured placements

Featured placements are time-bounded and clearly labeled as sponsored.

• Before the placement starts: full refund on request.
• After the placement starts: pro-rated refund for the unused full weeks, minus any payment processing costs we cannot recover.

How to request a refund

Contact the operator through the channels listed on this site with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
