Editorial Policy

What we publish

FindBestAI publishes decision pages: curated categories, maintained tool profiles, comparisons, and alternatives pages. Each page exists to help a reader move from a task to a confident tool choice. We do not mass-publish copied vendor descriptions.

How tools are evaluated

Every tool goes through human editorial review before publication. We look at:

• Fit for the task. What job the tool does well, and for whom.
• Product status. Whether the product is active, acquired, discontinued, or unreachable.
• Pricing. The pricing model, entry price, and whether a free plan or trial exists.
• Evidence. Claims must be supportable from the vendor's public materials or direct testing. We do not publish fabricated ratings, user counts, or hands-on claims.

Profiles carry verification timestamps for product status and pricing. When information gets stale, we re-verify or unpublish.

Editorial independence

Editorial decisions are made by our editors alone. Specifically:

• Payment never guarantees acceptance into the directory.
• Payment never buys a positive review, a better editorial rank, or favorable pros and cons.
• Paid expedited review changes only how quickly a submission is reviewed, never the outcome.
• Sponsored placements are bought separately and are always labeled as sponsored.

Sponsored content

Commercial placements are visually and semantically labeled before a reader clicks. Editorial picks and sponsored positions never share the same unlabeled space. See our Advertising Disclosure for details.

Expedited review

Builders may pay to have a submission reviewed within a published turnaround target. The fee pays for the review work itself. It does not influence acceptance, ranking, or review content. Refund terms for expedited review are described in our Refund Policy.

Corrections

If you spot an error in a profile, contact the operator through the channels listed on this site. We correct factual errors promptly and note material updates on the affected page.
